BioBash R workshop will teach the participants how to Efficiently explore Their data. Starting from the Very Beginning, Learn how to summarize and reshape data, discover patterns in the data, and create meaningful as well as beautiful graphical summaries. More over, a full day introduction into BioConductor will teach you how to analyze next-generation sequencing data with R.
