The Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Biophysics Division, of the University of Graz organizes from Sept. 29^th to 30^th 2014 the 4^th International Meeting on Antimicrobial Peptides (IMAP) succeeding the meetings in Leipzig and London. You are cordially invited to participate in this meeting, which will be held at the Aula of the University of Graz, Austria.

International top level researchers are invited as plenary speakers, who will cover the field from basic studies on complex model systems to the development of potential therapeutic compounds. The focus will be on recent developments to improve studies on the molecular mechanism(s) and to optimize lead compounds that might help us to overcome the current threats caused by multi-resistant bacteria and biofilms. All participants are encouraged to submit abstracts that will be selected for either oral presentation.
