NASA Space Apps Challenge, the world biggest hackathon will come first time to Vienna April 11-12, 2015 to work on challenges relevant to both space exploration and life on Earth.

The event is hosted by INiTS - The Business Incubator of the University of Vienna - and will take place at the Faculty for Informatics, at Währinger Straße 29, 1090 Vienna. Interdisciplinarity is the name of the game, all innovative souls welcome!

Incredible challenges & incredible prizes

The challenges in areas of robotics, humans, outer-space & earth are already published https://2015.spaceappschallenge.org/challenge.
The best two teams from over 100 cities will proceed into the global competition with NASA’s jury.

For the local winning team we have an incredible experience at the highest ever analog Mars simulation at the Kaunertal glacier from our partner ÖWF (Öst. Weltraumforum). Meet the analogastronauts in fall 2015 and get an insight into the backstage at AMADEE-15 Marssimulation Mission Support Center in Innsbruck.
Also waiting: Pioneers Festival tickets & many more surprises. On top of interesting people from multiple disciplines.
