Company Information: TAmiRNA was founded in 2013 to discover, validate and qualify microRNA biomarkers for use in drug development and clinical diagnosis. TAmiRNA has a strong research and development focus and seeks to develop innovative solutions for unmet clinical needs.
We are seeking a highly reliable Research Technician to support TAmiRNAs molecular biology R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing R&D projects related to RNA biomarker discovery and validation as part of TAmiRNA´s CRO services business. Payment is based on the “Kollektivvertrag Angestellte Chemische Industrie” for a full-time position and amounts to 2516,80 Euro gross (Brutto). Willingness to overpay according to qualifications and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduction of RT-qPCR and Next-generation sequencing experiments in the wet-lab as well as data analysis and interpretation.

Contribution to assay development and validation as part of the IVD development activities.

Generation of SOPs and protocols according to QM systems requirements.

Training and supervision of incoming interns, bachelor and master students.

Management of CRO projects including the interpretation and presentation of results.
Professional Requirements:

Bachelor or Master´s degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, medical bioanalytics, or similar.

Experience in working with RNA, specifically qPCR and NGS is of advantage.

Independent and critical thinking to solve problems.

Team oriented work attitude with interest in working in a team of young and motivated people.

German and English fluently both in spoken and written language
