YLSA West: Company visit - Biocrates Life Sciences AG

The Young Life Scientists Austria (YLSA) are organizing a company visit to Biocrates Life Sciences AG - The deep phenotyping company - and would like to invite young researches (Master/ PhD students, PostDocs) to join our visit of this Innsbruck-based biotech company.
 
 
Biocrates was established in 2002 as a Spin-off from the University of Innsbruck and is a worldwide leading company in Targeted Metabolomics. It develops and produces Kits for the analysis of more than 630 metabolites from different biological matrixes and could contribute to more than 800 scientific publications. In 2018, Biocrates has taken over Metanomics Health GmbH, seated in Berlin, and together they strive for the market leadership in the early diagnosis of diseases. The company employs more than 50 people in Innsbruck, many of which have a scientific background.
 
 
The Young Life Scientits Austria (YLSA) want to give Master- PhD Students and PostDocs the opportunity to get an insight into this tyrolean company that is an interesting employer for young scientists. After the company visit, you will have the chance to ask questions and talk to a young scientist from Biocrates.

The company visit is free of charge, however, ÖGMBT members will be prefered for the limited participants. Transfer costs (Bus T, IVB) are not supplied by the ÖGMBT.
